In this position, you will be client facing helping a variety of companies implement ERP solutions. You will assist with defining and understanding their current business processes while using the software to help them improve and automate their processes. You will utilize best practices and methodologies to gather requirements, design, configure, implement, and maintain Financial ERP Solutions for our clients. Work and support internal teams, clients, and vendors providing subject matter expertise and hands on implementation experience. This position will be expected to accomplish a variety of implementations while continuously learning and adding to your skillset.<\/p>

Essential Functions:<\/b><\/p>

  • Learns, utilizes, and promotes the company\u2019s Development Best Practices and Implementation Methodology<\/li>
  • Work with team members and independently to configure the ERP and key third-party products. This work would include building custom generic inquiries, configuration of various components (business processes, workflow), security configuration, and report writing<\/li>
  • Lead client meetings to gather business requirements and designs solutions that meet the requirements<\/li>
  • Performs gap analysis from requirements gathered to proposed solution<\/li>
  • Completes project documentation such as: Functional Requirements Document, User Acceptance Test Scenarios, and End User Training Documentation\/Quick Reference Guides<\/li>
  • Utilizes project management skills to track performance of project from inception to completion.<\/li>
  • Participates in all tasks relating to requirements gathering, feature testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing<\/li>
  • Performs end user training for Clients in one on one, webinar, and classroom style settings<\/li>
  • Provide application support for Clients during Go Live cut-over<\/li>
  • Provide escalation support for help desk<\/li>
  • Work with AIM team to keep projects on schedule and recommend needed action to meet deadlines<\/li>
  • Perform demonstrations of solutions to clients as required<\/li>
  • Obtain and maintain product certifications, as applicable<\/li><\/ul>

    Requirements:<\/b><\/p>

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience<\/li>
    • 3-5 years of professional work experience<\/li>
    • Highly proficient in Excel<\/li>
    • Strong understanding of software implementation life cycle, project management, business process management, requirements definition, functional design, quality management, and change management<\/li>
    • Strong understanding and proven record of accounting fundamentals and how it applies to configuration of the software.<\/li>
    • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and day to day activities in a fast paced environment<\/li><\/ul>
